McMains Center Seeks Development Associate | 07/01/2016
Development Associate will focus on two large but different fundraising events and communications as well as some volunteer management and program assistance. Plan and execute social media plan, newsletters, annual report and public relations/marketing collateral. Help implement various business development, donor/volunteer solicitation and marketing strategies for the organization. With development and administrative team, help manage donor database and gift processing. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent computer skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and a commitment to stewardship, impact fundraising and creative thinking. Knowledge of e-Tapestry and Benevon a plus. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or other related field required. 1-5 years experience in marketing, communications or nonprofit fundraising required.
