Kylee has a team of occupational, physical, and speech therapists, who work together to encourage her development. Kylees education centers around helping her function as independently as she can given her motor and communication delays. Kylees therapists address gross and fine motor development, communication, feeding and sensory awareness. Through therapy, they strive to help Kylee do what she loves bestplay!

Kylees Mom feels that she has come a long way since beginning her therapy at the McMains Center,

The speech and language therapists
have been teaching her sign language
and since she cannot talk,
we can communicate now.
Communicatively, Kylee has limited vocalization at this time, so augmentative communication has been introduced to supplement her expressive speech capabilities as well as her ability to interact with other people.
